Welcome to my website! Here you will find a weekly listing of assignments for 7th Grade English, English I, and English II. This will be very helpful to both students and parents with keeping up on assignments and quizzes and tests. These pages also list long-term reading assignments, research assignments, and projects.
Your student will be given instructions for research papers and projects. This information is either in the form of a handout, or written on the classroom board for the student to copy. Please ask to see this information. If necessary, contact me at school, either by calling the main office at 726-3673, or by sending a note via your child. I will be happy to address any concerns or questions you may have.
Please also note that I have all assignments written on a large whiteboard as students enter the classroom. These assignments are clearly visible during class, and I verbally remind the students of current and long-term assignments each day. High school students must take on the responsibility of keeping up with assignments for English class, and in all classes, in order to be successful in school and prepare themselves for post-secondary education and work.
